This page is designed to provide some guidelines, tips, examples, links and in general lend a helping hand to others who are as interested as I am, in utilizing this wonderful new medium.

I have accumulated a lot of information about creating a Web Page, from many different web sites. This information has been of invaluable help, and I am grateful to the many web page authors who shared their knowledge freely. This page is my way of acknowledging the debut I owe to them. I hope that I can do justice in compiling what I feel are some of the best resources for home page creation on the Web.

It is my intention to present this information to you in as simplified a fashion as possible, to point you in the right direction, and to clarify the process of creating a web page.
