Well... This is a drum machine, one of the "X0X" series. Little sister of the well known TR-808.Nearly the same sound but without the tweaking ability (except with mods).

The sounds are analog and you can sync it with a lot of vintage gears like sequencers, synths...

This little silver box, released from 1981 to 1983 has the same look as the famous TB-303 bassline.
