Siebel TAM guides through all phases of the implementation, providing expertise and guidance on Siebel's leading best practices for a successful front office solution. Siebel TAMs serve as the advocate for customers within the Siebel organization; making sure that Siebel's implementation and technology experts are rapidly mobilized, to keep the project on track.

 

As a customer facing role, this position requires very strong customer service skills, good planning and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure customer success and 100% customer satisfaction.
