Time & tide waits for no man.

Ever wondered how those years flew  by so mysteriously? Those times you were without a care in the world, where "having a good time" was an utmost priority. those glory days of fame, or just those moments spent quietly with your loved ones.

for some, life has never been a bed of roses.  pain, toil, sweat, struggle --just to survive. Does time seem to stand still for you?  This is life. Macbeth once said,                                 life is but a walking shadow,

                         A poor player that struts & frets his hour upon the stage

                               and then is heard no more. it is a tale told by an idiot,

                                                  full of sound & fury,  signifying nothing.

  How  true his words are, aren't they?  Well, at least to most people, they make incredible sense.  man slogs for money and fame, but they are only momentary pleasures. these earthly delights dissolve all too soon, in the blink of an eye... and at the end of the day, the memory of a loveless, meaningless life seems to be nothing more than a fleeting spectre. 

Since the beginning of time,  man has been trying to attach a meaning to his existence. A great deal of time has been spent, and countless ideas developed, solely  for this great cause.  religons of all sorts, philosophy, science & technology have  each  taken a turn at this game... most of them groping blindly, trying to find a solution to this infinitely profound question.

This is what I think.

I, for one, profess to be a Christian. I sincerely hope that my flawed behavior does not reflect too badly on the christian community as a whole... anyway,  With my religon comes a set of values and beliefs which I know to be the one and only Truth. the answers to our questions on  life are  plainly laid out in that book called the Bible. I have neither the intellect nor the knowledge to debate on this subject, but do take a look at this excerpt from C.S.Lewis on Faith.

Anyway, i shall cease to bore you with my so-called philosophies. Just take a look around...go on to my main page which hasn't been updated for a year now. In the meantime I'll try by best to make this page fit in with the rest of my site! =)
