10 Jun 00: Catalonian campaigners fight for the Ebro: There is a major campaign under way in Catalonia to protect the natural park on the Ebro. This area includes the 1938 Civil War battlefield. Proposals are for a series of windfarms in highly environmentally and historically sensitive areas.
