Super Bowl
The Generals couldn;t pull off the
upset. It was a close one, but the Brew Crew, along with his aging or
non-existent receivers pull off yet another Super Bowl victory. That makes 4 in
a row. Can this team be stopped? There's always next year. sooner or later
drafting last has got to take its toll.
The Beeouch's got a little revenge,
making waste to the Occifers and earning bragging rights in the home front.
Congrats.
The Underdogs pulled off a close one
over the Zack Attack who made his presence felt in first year returning. Both
have teams to build on, good luck next year.

Championship Weekend
Well, it wasn;t a Merry Christmas for
the Ashley crew. The Beeouch's, who at one point looked prime to get her first
crown, stumbled a little bit and dropped the Championship Game to the Generals.
The Generals posted up some solid numbers (just a tad under the Brew Crew one
might note), and sent the Beeouch's packing.
The Brew Crew played Grinch to the
Occifers, who it seemed like everyone he started went out with an injury.
Another win for the Crew, another shot at another title, and another opportunity
to draft last.
The Big Game is set:
BREW CREW vs THE GENERALS
Can the Generals pull off the upset, or
will the Brew Crew have to start ordering Super Bowl rings for his toes, (cuz he
out of fingers to wear them on)
The Occifers and the Beeouch's face off
for supremacy of the household this week in the Blooper Bowl,
while the Underdogs and the Zack Attack
try and salvage a little dignity in the Loser Bowl.
Wild Card Weekend
The Zack Attack couldn't keep up with
the Generals. The Generals move on to face the Beeouch's while the Zack Attack
regroups and go's for the Blooper Bowl title.
The Blockheads make it to the play-offs,
then tank his first game. The Occifers make a statement, as he heads on to
challenge the Brew Crew for the right to play in the big game.
Good Luck to All
WEEK 14
The brackets are set, the play-offs are
ready to begin. The biggest surprise of the season is the Brew Crew. Amongst all
the injuries and the usual big dawgs not coming through on a regular basis, he
was still able to capture yet another division title.
The Bee ouch's kept up with Brew Crew,
only to lose out on a tie-breaker for conference games. Finishing up the season
with an 11-3 record is quite the improvement. Looks like she's ready to take a
week off, re-group and make a run at her first title game. Good Luck!!!
The Generals looked good all season,
until the end. A couple of key loss's puts him at the 3rd seed, which is an
improvement from last year. He faces the #6 seed Zack Attack, who in his first
year back, squeaks into the last remaining play-off spot. Congrats Zack Attack.
The #4 seed Blockheads meet up with #5
seed Occifers, which could be one of the lowest scoring play-off games in league
history. Should be an interesting one to watch.
To all play-off contenders,
Congratulations, but remember this:
"All Roads to the Super Bowl go
through the BREW CREW!!"
Can anyone toss him off his throne, or
will he win his 4th crone in row?
Let the games begin.
As for the rest, the Bootleggers are out
of the play-offs for the first time in years, losing out due to tie-breaker
rules. And the Underdogs, well, he's just plain used to it.
Week 13
It comes down to this weekend to
determine Division Winners. The Generals need a win over the Brew Crew to take
his crown away. The Brew Crew has alot of injuries, but seems to keep hanging in
there.
The Beeouch's wrapped up her first
division title, congratulations go out to her. Can she carry it through the
play-offs, we'll see.
Week 10
The Bootleggers drop another game,
giving a victory to the Blockheads who are trying to make a play-off push. Final
trades are done, maybe the Boothead can turn things around, and maybe the
Blockheads can keep on winning. What, aren't they allowed to dream?
The Brew Crew takes over the top spot
beating the Underdogs, sending him closer to the cellar. With 4 games left and
the Underdogs 2 games back, he really needs his trade picks to come through.
The Generals lose a heartbreaker to the Bee ouch's.
the Bee ouch's have solid control of the league to this point. Can she continue
her winning ways, or will the bottom drop out? Only time will tell.
The Zack Attack gets closer to the
play-offs with a victory over the Occifers, who was only 2 games behind for the
division lead, but is now 3 games back with only a handful of games left. A few
more victories and the Zack Attack is in.
Week 9
The blockheads drop another, while the
Occifers seem to be on cruise control. making a strong run for the title, could
this be his year?
The Beeouch;s exact revenge on the Brew
crew for an earlier loss his season, making this the first time in 5 years the
Brew Crew has 2 games in a row. Is the crown slipping off his head? Could this
be year he gets de-throned?
Zack Attack, victory, Bootleggers,
another loss. These 2 things seem to be happening allot lately.
UPSET OF THE WEEK
The Underdogs beat the Generals, say
that again? In the closest game in WFL history, pulling out a victory by less
than a yard, by mere inche's,
The UNDERDOGS beat the GENERALS!!!!
Week 8
The Beeouch's continue her dominance of
the league pasting the Blockheads, sending him even further down to the botom.
The Occifers upset the lackluster Brew
Crew, who seem to have taken a nose dive to the bottom. Could this be the end?
The Generals regain the top spot,
trashing the Bootleggers. Maybe the Boot is spending to much time at the still
in the mountains.
The Zack Attack remains on a roll with
yet another victory, beating the Underdogs, but who hasn;t beat him this season.
Week 7
The Big Game lived up to all its hype.
The Brew Crew demoted the Generals to Lt. It took until the last 3 minutes of
MNF for the Brew Crew to secure another victory. The win puts the Crew back into
first place, and with the upcoming by weeks and injuries, one has to wonder if
the Lieutenants (formerly known as the Generals) will be able to hang with the
Big Dawgs.
The Zach Attack wins his first game of
the season, putting a good ole fashioned butt whipping to Blockheads, who can't
seem to get things going. The win puts ZA back into the thick of things, and
with a couple more wins, just may be able to salvage out a play-off run.
The Beeouch's continue to stay atop her
division by smashing the Underdogs. Her scores are up there with the league
leaders Brew Crew and Lieutenants, and at this pace, she may well win her first
division title.
The Occifers chalk up another win,
beating the Bootleggers who have taken a turn for the cellar. The lack of a
formidable QB is taking its toll along with some key injuries. The Bootleggers
are poised to head straight for the cellar, while the Occifers are only 2 games
out of first.
Week 6
In a week where bye-weeks and injuries
dictated lineups, what should have been some easy wins turned into easy loss's
for some.
The Brew Crew beat out the Bootleggers
with a depleted roster, setting up a showdown with the Generals next week for
control of the division.
The Blockheads smashed the Underdogs,
keeping the Dog in the cellar while keeping up with the rest of the pack.
The Generals remain unbeaten with a
victory over the Occifers who put up decent numbers but still managed to find a
way to lose.
The Beeouch's eeked out win over Zach
Attack, who gets closer and closer to his first victory. The Beeouch's remain
atop the division, with a 2 game lead for the crown. Is this the year, or will
she tank it in the second half of the season.
Week5
The Generals remain undefeated, beating
up on the Beeouch's, who despite another loss remains atop the division.
The Brew Crew steadily march's on to
another division title, remaining only 1 game back out of first after dishing
out another loss to the Underdogs, keeping him in the cellar.
The Occifers climb out of last place
with a victory over the Zack Attack who is still searching for that first win.
The Blockheads caught the Bootleggers at
his worst bye-week, and took full advantage of it cruising to an easy vixtory.
Week 4
The Generals continues his dominance,
trashing the Blockheads and sending them to the bottom of the pile. The Generals
look like they are serious about making a run for the title.
The Brew Crew cruised to a victory over
the Zack Attack who has yet to win a game. <aybe the upcoming trade day will
help him out, maybe it won't.
The Occifers get his first win of the
season beating the Underdogs who have nose-dived straight to the cellar. The
Underdogs have been at the bottom before, I doubt he changed his address and
still get his mail there.
The Beeouch's are still looking strong,
recovering from last weeks defeat by the Brew Crew, beating out the Bootleggers
by a touchdown. The win puts her atop the division by herself.
Week 3
Been a while on updates, got some
surgery on the eyes so I could see better.
The Beeouch's were on there way to an
undefeated season until they met up with the Brew Crew. A trade and injuries
still weren't enough to give the edge to the Beeouch's. The Brew Crew comes out
on top, but keep an eye on the Beeouch's, as they seem poised to make a real run
at the title.
After beating the Brew Crew last week,
the Blockheads are putting up good numbers, beating the still winless Occifers.
The Occifers seem hopeless and destined to chalk up the most loss's in league
history. The Blockheads look strong now, we'll see if they can maintain.
The Generals remain undefeated, dumping
last years Super Bowl loser Underdogs. The Generals look like the team to beat
this year. The Underdogs, with only one win so far, have a tough road
ahead to get to the bog game.
Even without the high flying LT, the
Bootleggers keep rolling on. Ole Boot put a good ole fashioned 'boot in the
butt' to new comer Zack Attack. The Boot looks good, while the Zack Attack is
trying everything they can to get a win. ZA is putting up decent numbers, but
still trying to find the chemistry to put up some wins.
