A further message from Moonlight

10/30/97

Today it's exactly 2 months ago since Diana died.

During the first 5 weeks I was grieving really hard.

I still can't explain why her death had such a impact on me.

Now this period has ended and now I can look at a picture

from her without getting deeply sad.

But still I can't listen to "Candle in the Wind"

because this song brings up the sadness again.

I know that it would be her wish that we're going on living our lifes

and stop grieving as soon as possible.

It helped me a lot that I can believe

(from people with so called near-death expieriences)

that after we die, life continues and there we'll be

in a kind of everlasting happiness, peace and freedom.

And because I also believe that we won't loose our identity I'm convinced

that we'll be able to meet again the ones we loved on this earth.

Her death made me (and I'm sure many others as well) think about,

what is really important in life.

I realized, that loving and being loved

is a lot more important that I thought before.

I got aware that I had neglected the emotional part of life too much.

Thank you very much for listening.

(Sorry about my rather poor english, but my native language is german.)

So, bye for now. Perhaps Sometime, somewhere we'll meet again.
