For those of you who have been to Michigan or those of you who wonder what it's like, there is a great website here: LELAND REPORT
This site is run by a man in Leland, MI who takes a photo every day and posts it on the site. You can see what it looks like now in the winter and go to the archives to look at beautiful summer photos. The site is gorgeous so take a look!
