Are you interested in downloading a program I wrote that beeps or shows a butterfly or both. I wrote the program that will make your computer randomly respond to your senses. Now you may think this is a crazy idea and maybe you're right but here's the idea behind it. Lets pretend you are working in Word and my program responds in the background. The beep is a reminder for you to get out of your abstract thinking and return to observing your breath. Get grounded in your body. Then you can return to your task hopefully a little more refreshed and centered. The program allows you to determine how often the computer beeps. Please email me with your comments. This program works in windows 95 . This program has worked on other people's computers. I am not a programmer in any shape or form. I learned just enough visual basic to write this. Therefore no warranties or guarantees of any sort. Are you hesitant? Click on security . Let me know what you think of the program.

Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing. To keep our faces toward change and behave like free spirits in the presence of fate is strength undefeatable." Helen Keller
