I love slow sweeping sunsets on the beach, listening to REM, U2, Dave Matthews Band, Patty Griffin, Sarah McLachlan, among many others....  I am at the less is more stage in my life.  Where I get the most joy out of the simple things like a phone call from a friend, a poem or email.  I am on a healing, healthy, spiritual path/journey toward my innerself..

Enjoy hiking & running 2-5 miles in the woods(on the pavement) w/my 2 Golden Retrievers, taking b/w photos, developing, printing and framing them.  I also love reading Jonathan Kellerman novels (and others), Shakti Gawain, Pema Chodron and the Dalai Lama's healing and self- actualization books, as well as seeing movies like American Beauty, Shakespeare in Love, and Like Water for Chocolate, and just hanging out with great friends and simply being with them in the moment.

Friends are hugely important in my life.  They keep me sane in this sometimes insane world.  I thank the powers that be everyday for the wonderful people that I have in my life, and to this day don't know what I would ever do w/out my incredible support system.

My parents are divorced.  So there are 7 kids, including me in our family.  I have an older sister, brother, and a younger brother.  Then I have two younger brothers and a sister from Dad's 2nd marriage.
