Mission
Statement:
Yet, unlike other noted blues acts, the performer's heartfelt lyrics aren't filled with hopelessness, despair and doubts, nor the rough and tumble. That's because the greatest blues hero of all time -- Jesus Christ -- has dramatically changed his life. Now Nashville Fats is committed to entertaining and "soulfully" spreading a hopeful message through original blues music to music lovers across Nashville, the South and beyond. "Jesus was the ultimate blues man", the artist says with his characteristic husky, street wise-friendly voice. "He came to Earth, suffered tremendously and died so that we might live. There's no greater love than that. I know what his love is all about, because he healed me. Thanks to him, I'm able to do what I love once again--play my original music and classic blues tunes in popular venues".
