We Met On The Net

The song "Keeper of the Stars" truely fits the way that we met. Both with broken hearts that we thought would be broken for good, little did we know that Someone had other plans for the two of us.

Thumpy1 was in quite a mood and Kentucky Bluebird was in the chat room trying to help out a friend. Who knew that that help would end up with us both head over heels in love with each other and engaged to be married? We were cyber-wed in Nashville's Roadhouse and have set a date for our wedding in real life...Aren't chat rooms great? We think so anyway.

ABOUT THE BLUEBIRDS:

Most folks in Chatworld circles know us by our chat names: Kentucky Bluebird and Thumpy1, however that changed in February of 1998. After meeting last year in real life and falling hopelessly in love, Dianne and I were cyberwed in the old Nashville Roadhouse and had set our real life wedding date for August 8. Those plans changed, however after my mother died in January of cancer. Dianne and I decided that life was too short to wait and we decided to move our date ahead to February 13, my mother's birthday. We are planning to move to Tennessee soon, but are waiting and are now living in Iowa where Dianne works with little ones and I work as a Telemarketer. We have never been happier and are looking forward to the day that we can move to Tennessee and have some little ones running around. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints...There is a link below if you'd lke to know more about our church and our beliefs.
