The best way to explain these little cars are "A Street Legal Go Cart". At the present time I own two of these toys. One is a 1963 Austin Mini the other is a SCAMP. Well it's been a long time since I have received the Scamp, it is now stripped and scattered around the yard. I know a few of you have been there before.
