| RATM has won a Grammy for Best Hard Rock Performance of Guerilla Radio and the 43rd Grammies on February 21, 2001. |

| Latest from the news wires: It's official.... RATM (or what's left of them) has got a new lead singer to replace the departing Zach de la Rocha. After jamming with Cypress Hill's B Real and many others, Rage has choosen ex-Sound Garden singer Chris Cornell to front the band. They begin recording next week with Rick Rubin and already have about 20 new songs. The new group will no longer be known as RATM, but no name has been choosen. | Zack De la Rocha's new upcoming solo LP has raised the eyebrows of friend and Roots drummer ?uestlove (not a typo). ?uestlove calls it "dangerous," "scary," "Crazy-fast," with "crazy synthesizer energy" and "a lot of drum'n'bass shit." I hope this album really kicks and that Zack sticks with his politcal ideals. |
