I know what your thinking being so infactuated with the Bowties I have to own one right?  Well I do.  My pride and joy is a 1983 Chev Camaro.  I know what your thinking whats the big deal about a 1983 camaro.  Not much but what if its a 1983 "SS"!!  I bought the car the summer of my eighth grade year. It was a Berlinetta sport coupe with t-tops. I paid $4,000 for it.  The car originaly came with a H.O. 305 (5.0 liter) engine with a Rochester Carb.  The tranny is a five speed borg-warner.  The motor came rated from the factory with 195 Horsepower, not much grunt for a  V-8 camaro.  To make a long story short four years later the car has a 425 horse 350 (5.7 liter) engine and the tranny has been rebuilt to handle motor.  Yes I built (most of) the motor.  Below is a list of mods and some pictures of the car.  And in case you were wondering the car has no emmisson controll equipment on the car.  And no computer either.
