I've decided to set up this page to show you ladies & gentlemen what kind of cars are very famous in Singapore & the reasons why they are.
Before I go on, allow me to make a brief introduction 'bout myself. I did my college studies at Victoria Junior College & am currently a student in the Nanyang Technological University , Singapore. I own a Honda Accord 1.6 but my favourite would be a Mercedes C200/230.
I find that in Singapore, a 3 or more litre car would be too much for the roads coz we do not have
long stretches of expressways & free flow of traffic always. Yes, it's true that many would want to own a Ferrari355 , like the one above or a Porsche. However, it's pretty impractical in Singapore .
The Mercedes Benz , next to BMW, Rover & Jaguar, is very widely owned in Singapore. Many young & old executives , including our President & his following cabinet, own the Benz because of one reason --- its Prestige & the feeling of Grandeur. Besides, the Benz possesses a powerful & rugged engine. Need I say more?
That is why I chose a Mercedes C200/230 as an appropriate car to use in my homeland.
