All About My Baby Blue Ford

How do you know its a V6?? LOOK AT THE TAILGATE!!!

Here are a couple pics of my pride and joy, my 1994 Ford Ranger XLT. More pics will be added soon(i hope). They will be detailed pics of various areas on my truck. It has every option available for that model year plus a few upgrades of my own.

The upgrades include:
  • K&N FilterCharger®
  • Bosch Platinum® Spark Plugs gapped at .053
  • Splitfire® Plugs Wires
  • Flowmaster® 2 chamber muffler on the stock exhaust
  • 15x8 ARE 534 Polished Aluminum wheels
  • 235/60/15 Firestone Firehawk SS10® tires
  • JVC® CD/AM/FM Stereo with factory Premium Sound
  • GE® Compact CB with a K40® Antenna
  • Pendaliner® Under-the-Rail bedliner
  • Contico® toolbox
  • Putco Side-Locker® Bed Rails in black powdercoat paint

My friends all say it has the rumble of a Camaro, but i don't think so *S*. I have raced it quite a bit and am proud to say i have beaten some Camaros and Mustangs. About the only major defeat i can recall was against a full size Dodge Ram. Of course, i didn't notice the V-10 emblem on it til i caught up with him at the next light *L*. I have yet to take my truck to the quarter mile, but i'd say i'd be good for about 115 miles an hour in the quarter. I know, i know...the Ranger is only rated a top speed of 105 MPH but my dad and i don't think that is correct. We have raced my truck and his truck (1994 Splash Extended Cab with the 4.0 and 5 speed manual) and we just think that the processor tachs out about 115. The times i have logged myself are 0-60 MPH in 7.86 seconds...not bad for a basically stock truck.
