Jeztur's Celica Haven

Hmmmm, Well, I can honestly say that I have found what has to be the biggest drawback to my Celica, and that has to be being talked into getting the four-speed automatic. I went up against a red Celica GT-S and a Honda Civic V-Tech, or whatever they are called, and needless to say, they were gone as I still sat on the line. Not the pinnacle of my racing career. Now, don't get me wrong, there are a lot of cars out there that I leave in the dust, even off the line, but put this auto up against the 6-speed manual, and it's over before it starts. Oh well, maybe some future upgrades will help that.

So, let's go over the few upgrades I have made. First of all, I had to get the windows tinted. Just a must for that car. Second, I tossed out the stock double-din CD/Tape Deck and replaced it with a New Sony flip-face CD deck. Of course, this doesn't mean that the MiniDisc are gone, it just means I have switched over to a MD Changer!! If you haven't seen the MD Players and Recorders, go check them out, very cool!

I have also added a K&N Filter which you can feel as the tach climbs. That is about it for now, still waiting to find a stealth box for the back of this thing! Once I get it in I will be just about done till the hi-performance stuff starts coming out!
