Dear Participants,

Here are the results of the F1SA Votes:

A. The Race Payout system: -NO - Remains as was in 2003, meaning that if two participants are first they share the winnings from 1st place only, and not as proposed 1st and 2nd.

B. The Penalty system: - NO -Remains as was in 2003, meaning that if a player forgets to bet he/she will receive a half point penalty an not as proposed one carry over with no penalty, thus as was in 2003 participants who have a penalty will be excluded from the Jackpot.

C. Driver replacement rule: - YES - Effective Season 2004, if a driver fails to start a race, the participant who selected that driver will be awarded the points from that drivers replacement.
