| In April 1998 we purchased this truck from a local man, through our local newspaper. After some discussion, test driving, and praying, we brought it home (after we ran out of gas and had to borrow a gas can from the gas station and after a policeman had stopped along side us and asked why our lights weren't on). Was this the beginning of a long hard road? We haven't worked on "Old Blue" (as previous owners affectionately referred to our pickup) as often as we would have liked. We intend this webpage to chronicle our efforts (as well as possibly some family photo. ops.) Please follow along on our journey as we attempt to bring this fine piece of form and function back to its original beauty. |
