ku.hopto.org - If you are a KU student, then please check out this link. It's a new message board created for students at the University of Kansas. Since it's new, there is not much there yet, so people need to go there and sign up. Hopefully it will grow into a place where students can talk about whatever they want and have a little fun while online.

NEW INFO! - To see this site WITHOUT POPUPS OR ADS go to http://kansas.no-ip.com. The new page will also be more up-to-date than this site. Every once in a while I will mirror the new page to this geocities account to keep things synchronized.

NEW INFO! - I've created my own web server and have a message forum too.
It doesn't have a point to it....but I'm just learning how to run it.
Check it out at this link and let me know what you think. The forums are located here. There will be NO POPUPS on that mirror. If you get popups, it's because you have adware/spyware on your computer. Download a program called AdAware (search on download.com) to search your computer and remove ad programs.

This is my web page that is about me, mostly made for the purpose of linking to in my sigs on message boards. I am a student at the University of Kansas studying computer engineering. I come from an agricultural background and also enjoy working with computers. I got my first computer when Windows 3.1 was hot stuff, now nobody knows what Windows 3.1 is/was.

Now about my car. I drive a 1995 Pontiac Firebird, black, M5, 3.4 Liter V6. This car is nothing special, but I still like it. I have no power options (windows, mirrors, locks, seats), not even rear window defroster. I replaced the stock air filter with a K&N air filter. I figured since the old paper element was dirty, why not get a nice filter that could possible increase the performance of the vehicle. I should have saved the money and put it towards a cold air induction kit, but that was back in the high school days when I was young and didn't know where to puchase one. The filter provided no noticeable performance gain really. I also had a horrible sounding stock muffler with a weird setup of tips from the previous owner. This old exhaust started getting holes in the muffler and where the pipes connected to it, so I purchased a Flowmaster Ameican Thunder Cat-back system and installed it with a buddy. Wow, it sounds pretty good actually, have gotten many compliments. Sound clips, installation instructions, notes, pictures and more are at: Exhaust Clips

Here are some pictures of my car and a couple other vehicles.

I also have a Polaris 4-wheeler that I enjoy riding around when I get a chance. More info and pics are here.

Firebirds - Here are a few pictures of Firebirds that I have collected, I don't remember how I got them though. Some might be Trans Ams, I haven't taken the time to look at them all but TA's are good too.

Funny ricer exhaust I found while installing my cat-back.

HOW-TO'S

I wrote some info and took some pics on how to change your engine oil. It's '93-'95 fbody specific, but can be adapted to any vehicle.

I changed my belt tensioner and tried to document this also.
