Mustang GT's 1967 Camaro RS Restoration!
This page is now devoted to the restoration of my newly aquired 1967 Camaro RS. It is an all original one owner car. The car was purchased in Dayton Ohio at Paul Sherry Chevrolet 5/22/67 and first registered on 7/12/67. The car spent only one year in Ohio and was then moved to Holloman AFB in New Mexico where it spent the next 8 years. The car was then moved to California where it stayed until June of this year. The original owner was getting ready to restore the car and passed away, he left the car to his son who sold it to me. It now resides in Florida. I have the original purchase order for the car from the dealership, the original application for tags and registration, the original owners manual, and the original owners protection plan booklet with the Protecto Plate still attached. As you can Imagine the car is in unbelievably good shape. Minor rust to one rear quarter panel, rust in the trunk pan, and very minor surface rust on the floor pans. The car has the following: 1967 Camaro RS original color Granada Gold with Black Vinyl Top. 327CU 210HP Engine with double hump heads, 3 Speed Maual Transmission on the Floor. Positraction Rear End. Interior is Black Deluxe with Bucket Seats and Console. I am also an avid follower of NASCAR, NHRA, CART, and F-1 racing.
