Reporting Road Problems
- STREET LIGHTS:
- City of Plantation
- Report signal lights and street lights to
the Plantation City Public Works Department at (954) 452-2535, Monday
through Friday, 6:30amto 4:30pm
- City of Weston
- Report Weston Street lights (Letter and
1-3 digit number) to Weston Community Services 349-8125, fax 389-3522.
- Broward County - Currently we don't have a method to do
this.
- FPL
- If you have more than a few street lights
witha10 digit (long) number on them are probably maintained by FPL. Use
their web site http://www.fpl.com/html/street_lightpr.htmto
report street lights or call their number 797-5000.
- POT HOLES & Other Repairs
- Broward County -http://www.co.broward.fl.us/streets.htm
is the Streets and Highway Division is responsible for the maintenance
and construction of County road and highway projects, guardrails,
bridges, sidewalks and bike paths; patching streets, cleaning and mowing
right-of-ways, resurfacing and repairs of existing roadways, improving
intersections, digging and widening of canals and ditches. Staff resources
are available for 24 hour emergency services. A tree nursery operation
supplies material for beautification of median strips and grassed areas,
and field services are performed in conjunction with appropriate land
