Welcome to H.E.A.T - Help End Auto Theft World Wide. The reason for
this site is a simple one. To give Auto Theft Victims (like myself) a
chance to try to recover their vehicles. On December 10, 1996 my car
was stolen here in Miami, Florida. Yep, 2 weeks before Christmas. These
low life car theives don't care. In a matter of hours your automobile
could be on a ship to another country. This is reality. Upon looking
into the subject I discovered that Miami is not only #1 in Auto Theft in
the United States but a hub for all Auto Theives for shipping autos
abroad. I say we fight back. Every little bit of information helps. Well
I figure that this being the "Information Age" and all. I might as well
put it to good use. Who know maybe a visitor such as yourself has seen
another vistors car driving around town. It's more than posible.
