How to avoid Common Cold? Over the past several years, I have experimented with avoiding common cold by attacking the cold germs with mouthwash & lozenges in the very early stages of infection (i.e. when the slightest throat irritation begins, as a precursor to cold).  I have been very successful in avoiding cold using this method - Maybe it will work for you too..  Click Here to read more about it.

My wife (Padma) and our first son Jayanth (Jay)  live in Northeast  Philadelphia.  Jay is attending Temple University Medical  School. My second son Prashanth (Shawn) is a Sophomore at Penn State University at State College.
