| 1. WEBMASTER, stated here as, DEO LANDICHO hereby agrees
to publish the work or creative property of THE AUTHOR, in this case your
name, of any given number approved by the webmaster in the writers@work
site.
2. CREATIVE PROPERTY, or WORK or CREATIVE CREATION stated/mentioned hereon pertains to any literary material such as poems, novels, prose, essays, short stories, or even quips made and originally made by THE AUTHOR. 3. WEBMASTER therefore, agrees to be binded with the agreement that work sent by THE AUTHOR, in this case your name, can never be published in books of any form, or included in script, play or movieplay, or other material other than here at writers@work without prior approval of THE AUTHOR. 4. THE AUTHOR has sole right with his creative property and has the freedom to publish any of his works in other sites of the net and even outside the internet realm. 5. THE AUTHOR hereby agrees that no payment will be accorded him for the submission of his creative property. 6. It is also clearly stated that WEBMASTER will not be held liable for any materials sent by AUTHOR that has been deemed as plagiarised material and wil therefore be free from any litigation or case that may arise from aforementioned eventuality. 7. The WEBMASTER will not be held liable for any material copied by other visitors of writers@work that may copy and publish the materials of THE AUTHOR featured in the site. 8. The WEBMASTER is required to truthfuly publish the materials sent by THE AUTHOR without any changes without prior approval of the latter. 9. In the event that WEBMASTER will plan to publish the materials concerned by THE AUTHOR, the former will ask prior approval and will then compensate latter with appropriate writing and applicable fees. This agreement will be done through electronic means and therefore no
signature will be needed aside from the name of both THE AUTHOR and THE
WEBMASTER.
