Everything you ever wanted to know about Sunset Boulevard

August 10, 1950 was an average hot summer day. No one expected anything too important to happen. But something big did happen.
That day gave birth to the best and perhaps most under-appreciated movie of all time. Starring an unknown actor (William Holden)
and an actress making her return to film (Gloria Swanson), Sunset Boulevard doesn't seem like the kind of movie that would become
a classic, but it is. With it's ingenious one-liners and brilliant plot (who would expect anything less from Billy Wilder), Sunset
Boulevard is a must-see for all people. Though it only won 2 Oscars (Best Original Screenplay and Best Score), it's memory will live on forever.
