Bugs Life:
P.T. Flea drives a Cookie Box as his Circus Cart. The name of the Cookies is "Casey Jr. Circus Cookies" the name of the train driver in Dumbo! --Eeyore

On A Bug's Life, when Flik is going to the "big city" he stops. It shows a shot from behind him and the buildings in front of him. If you look to the almost bottom right of the screen, you can see a sign with the Lion King on Broadway symbol. Check it out! --T-I-double G-R

Alice In Wonderland:
Okay when Alice is playing croquet with the queen and alice gets a point you hear someone shout "Hooray!" if you listen closely, that's Mickey! --Ernie

Aladdin:
There is a scene where the sultan builds a tower of little figurines (just before Jafar comes in.) One of the figurines is Beast (from Beauty and the Beast.) --Michael Franssen

JungleBook:
While Mowgli is in the elephant march thingamajig, the colonel breaks his stick, the end that doesn't have the leaves. When he uses it to poke Mowgli in the nose, he is using the same end and it's not broken anymore. Then when Mowgli yells at him, you see him kinda wave it in the corner of the screen and it's still broken!!! :-) --Baby Joker

Fantasia:
In The Sorcerer's Apprentice the Sorcerer was named Yen Sid (Disney spelled backwards.)
--Marsupilami

Lion King:
During Hakuna Matata one of the bugs that Timon pulls out of a knothole has Mickey mouse ears on it. --DisneyQueen

Little Mermaid:
Near the end of the movie, before Ariel regains her voice she has no shoes. Then when she sings again, bingo, shoes. Apparently the shoes were part of the deal with Ursula that was not mentioned in the dialog. --EntropyM

Toy Story:
In a couple of the fast background pan scenes an oversized mickey mouse watch is hanging vertically down the wall. --DISNEY IS GOD

Mulan:
Did anyone realize that when Mulan and her horse go over the cliff (and are pulled back to safety), her feet in the stirrups are the only thing supporting the entire weight of the horse? And she can stand after that? Please! --Disneyphile
