Welcome to my page !

Hi ! Come on in and have a look around! Welcome to just another waste of time on the internet. *G* My name is Courtney Kahler and I hope you enjoy what you find. If you like what you see then leave me a note in the guestbook. Thanks for stopping by.

I guess I can talk about myself for those of you who haven't met me online and gotten to know me or know me in person. I don't have much time these days to chat anymore. I'm 27 years old and a Biology graduate from the University of Hawai`i at Hilo. I graduated in May of '99.

I've always had a love of animals and animal behavior. I earned some experience at the Panaewa Rainforest Zoo in Hilo helping out with the petting zoo. It was so much fun! Over the summer after I graduated I worked with a whale watching company in Everett, Washington called The Mosquito Fleet. That was a great experience working there and I learned a lot. Everyone I worked with was great too. I'll have to visit them all soon. I'd love to someday get back up there and get involved with behavioural studies of the fascinating resident orcas. I have some orca pictures up on the pictures page that I took on one of my last cruises. Currently I have moved to Dallas, Texas because my husband got a great job down here with Halff Associates doing 3D animation and previsualization of civil engineering and architectural projects. I worked for 3 years at a company called CDstreet.com handling customer service. It was pretty cool getting involved, even if not deeply, in the music industry. I've met some great people. They are all about selling Independent Music on the web. If you have a band and want to get yourself out there, check them out!

Currently I have been working for about a year and a half for First American Real Estate Tax Service doing some accounting. It pays the bills and I really enjoy the people that I work with. I am also an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay so please take a look at my Mary Kay page!

If you've talked to me then you've probably heard me mention Michael. *G* He gets talked about a lot 'cause he's such a huge part of my life, and will always be. He is a wonderful husband and a special friend as well. Michael is tons of fun and always kind and loving to me so I can just never get enough of him. That must be how he keeps me hooked on him. *G* I hope I do the same for him. As of December 29th, 1998 he and I were engaged, and were married July 1, 2000. We have been married over 3 years now and we are still going strong as ever. I cannot tell people enough that the husband you choose should also be your friend. There are days that the romance can die, but friendship lasts forever and it is not something that you throw away.

Here is my small website about my Tonkinese cats I have four Tonkinese cats, Lego, Kolohe, Hobbes and Topper. To learn more about Tonkinese cats, go to the Tonkinese Breed Association's website. They're an absolutely stunning cat if you ask me, and the best personality you could wish for!
