Over the course of the summer, there has been intense litigation between the parties representing the Extreme Wrestling Association and the parties representing "The Diamond Stud" Nick Diamante. "The Diamond Stud" has been overly selective and involved in the process of reaching a suitable agreement with the EWA, and Chair-Person Tom Stone. The following are a list of terms that both parties have agreed to, and which combined will make up the EWA wrestling contract of "The Diamond Stud" Nick Diamante. Never before has such a precedent been set in the world of Professional Wrestling, as the terms of this unique contract will revolutionize not only the wrestling industry, but future litigation.
• The Extreme Wrestling Association must adhere to "The Diamond Stud's" requests in regards to a ring entrance.
• "The Diamond Stud" reserves the right to wrestle/add himself to a scheduled wrestling contest without prior notice.
• "The Diamond Stud" must appear in some form or fashion at every scheduled Extreme Wrestling Association Pay-Per-View extravaganza effective immediately January 1st, 2000.
• "The Diamond Stud" reserves the right to officiate , keep the time of, and/or guest ring announce in any official EWA contest of his choice, without prior notice.
• "The Diamond Stud" is entitled to a rematch within 2 calendar weeks of the event where his prior title contractual obligations expire, due to the loss of an EWA Official Championship Title Belt.
• "The Diamond Stud" is entitled to 60 days of personal vacation time effective immediately 2 months after "The Diamond Stud's" in-ring wrestling debut.
• "The Diamond Stud" reserves the right to his persona, "The Diamond Stud", as well as the term "Canada's Greatest Export" and any terms/names consisting of the word "Diamond".
• "The Diamond Stud" reserves the right to terminate his EWA contract should he feel that his character is not being treated to the standards of excellence that his names exudes.
• The terms of this contract cannot be revoked or renegotiated for any reason, at any time, without the prior written consent of "The Diamond Stud" Nick Diamante himself.
• Furthermore, let it be understood that every "loss" against "The Diamond Stud" will be considered not only a gross travesty, but also a corporate scandal designed to diminish and make questionable "The Diamond Stud's" credibility, in and out of the ring... SO HELP ME GOD!
