In 1996, the fab five took the U.S. by storm with their hit single, "Wannabe", and their debut album "Spice." With Emma (Baby Spice), Melanie B (Scary Spice), Geri (Sexy/Ginger Spice), Victoria (Posh Spice), and Melanie C (Sporty Spice). Then, before their second Album, came the movie. Spiceworld. It is also the name of their second album, natch. It did not recieve as much publicity as "Spice", but did very well. The movie is about the girls(obviously) who are going through lots 'o things getting for their big Albert Hall gig. It's quite funny. But, then, in 1998, I think, in one of the shows, Geri left. But hey, I don't think unkindly of her. She had her reasons because of a Breat Cancer Benefit that she had to speak at. So here she is, one year later with a great album. Schizophonic |
