Irene Meinberg Resume and family information.
Actress and screenplay writer. Started her career working for MPM Advertising, in Rio de Janeiro. She worked as a writer for several agencies, to mention a few in status: VS Escala, Publicita & Squire, Enio Mainardi Advertising, Lara/Stalimir and Graciotti Communications. Earned several Columnist awards, including the "Indication for the best commercial of the year," silver medals for the National and Rio Columnists, and gold medal for the Sao Paulo Columnists, in 1990, client IBOPE; the Grand Prix in 1989, and client Fleischmann Royal. The project (The agent of Health," for the Health Department client, created in 1989, received in 1996 the honors from UNICEF. Irene's first film - Johnny Love, written in 1993, was directed by Jose Elias, in 1984. She wrote more than 30 scripts for institutions and directed approximately 16 institutional videos. In 1993, Irene was the director's assistant and Maintenance Director for the Musical "Charity My Love" directed by the North American Director Gene Foote (Director's Assistant to Bob Fosse.) Irene is the daughter of Francisco Jose Meinberg and Regina Celi Cupello Borgli. She has a sister named Regina Meinberg which married Wagner da Silva. They also have three children: Carolina, Gabriela and Eduardo.
