release of The Mummy. However, now that the film has been released, discussions can arise.

THE
MUMMY: Currently shooting, The
Mummy Returns is slated to be released in May 2001. The movie is expected to be
so good and perform so well at the box office, another sequel is in the works!
IMHOTEP
RETURNS [11/30]: Arnold Vosloo has
signed on to be in the sequel of The Mummy. The director has revealed his
hopes to film sometime in the year 2000. Although there is not yet a final script, there
is a plot: Imhotep is shipped to the British Museum, where he wakes up and causes more
trouble. Brendan Frasier, Oded Fehr, and Rachel Weisz will most likely return. Filming
will take place in London and Egypt.
The Mummy was
released on DVD and VHS on September 28. How do you guys like the special footage on
