Amy Vining
Amy Vining believed she and Laura were sisters, until Laura was 12 years old. Although they found out they weren't biological sisters, it never changed their relationship. Amy came to Port Charles at the age of 16 to visit, and after her father died, she stayed in Port Charles and lived with Rick and Lesley Webber. She joined the Student Nurses Program and eventually became a Nurse. Amy is known as the hospital gossip. She briefly dated a boxer named, Johnny, and recently has dated a paramedic.
Justus is the son of Bradley Ward and his wife. He is the grandson of Mary Mae Ward and Edward Quartermaine. Justus came to Port Charles after the discovery of his father's body. He decided to stay in Port Charles, and soon his cousin Keesha came and stayed too. Justus found out during the trial for his father's murder, that Edward Quartermaine was his grandfather. Justus ran for City Council and won. He also worked for the Charles Street Foundation. When he discovered Damian Smith torching his grandmother's house, he hit him and killed him. Justus kept this secret to himself, even during the trial of Laura Spencer. He defended Laura in the murder of Damian. Edward found out his secret. After Laura was found not-guilty, Luke discovered Justus' secret. Justus resigned his City Council seat and began working for ELQ and Edward. He told his cousin Keesha his secret about what happened to Damian. He and Simone Hardy began a relationship, but it didn't last long. Eventually Justus quit ELQ, and began working for Jason in his organization. He and Dara Jensen are fighting an attraction to each other.
Keesha Ward
Keesha Ward is the daughter of David Ward and the cousin of Justus Ward.came to Port Charles after her Uncle's body was found and to attend the funeral. She decided to stay and attend college and live with her grandmother, Mary Mae Ward. Keesha became friends with both A.J. and Jason Quartermaine. She and Jason started dating. They spent a romantic vacation together in Paris, France. Keesha worked at the Ward House and the Charles Street Foundation. Her life with Jason changed when he was injured in a car accident and didn't remember her. He wanted nothing to do with her, and she turned to his brother, A.J. They started dating, and she didn't realize that he was the one driving the car the night Jason got hurt. Because of his alcoholism, she and A.J. broke up. After the Ward House burned down, Keesha moved above Kelly's Diner. She became interested in joining the police force after a former Ward House kid had died of an overdose. She changed her mind after working with Detective Taggert and got a job at General Hospital in the Social Work Department.
Elizabeth is the daughter of Jeff Webber and his wife. Her half-brother is
Steven Lars, and her sister is Sarah. Before coming to Port Charles, Liz
lived in Colorado with her family. After her parents went to Bosnia for a year, she was supposed to stay with friends in Colorado, when that didn't work out, she showed up in Port Charles at her step-grandmother's house. She soon became friends with Lucky Spencer and even tried to win his affections over
her sister Sarah. While walking through the park one night, Liz was attacked
and raped. She is getting over her trauma with the help of Lucky, Bobbie Spencer,
and her sister Sarah.

Dr. Jeff Webber
Jeff Webber was raised as the son of Lars and Helene Webber, along with his brother Rick and sister Terri. As an adult, both he and Steve Hardy found out they were father and son. Jeff was married to Monica Bard (now Quartermaine), and when he found out that Monica and Rick were having an affair, he tried to kill himself. Eventually he recovered and he and Monica divorced. He married Heather Grant. She gave birth to his son, but lied and told him the baby died soon afterwards. In reality, she sold the baby on the blackmarket. Jeff found out that his son, Steven Lars, was still alive. Heather tried to kill the woman (Diana Taylor) who had adopted her son, but she ended up drinking the glass with LSD herself that she meant for Steven Lars' adopted mother to take. Eventually Jeff found out where is son was, and after Diana's death, he took his son and moved out West. He got married and he and his wife have 2 daughters, Sarah and Elizabeth. He is currently working in Bosnia with his wife.

Dr. Lesley Webber
As a college student, Lesley Williams had an affair with her college professor, Gordon Gray. She soon became pregnant. When she gave birth she was told the baby was dead. Unknown to her, in reality herf found out her daughter, named Laura, was alive and well. Twelve years later she found out the truth and searched for her daughter. With the help of her husband at the time, Cameron Faulkner, she found Laura. Laura was living with the Vinings and had a sister named, Amy. Lesley and the Vinings fought over Laura, which became stressful to Laura. Lesley decided not to fight anymore. Lesley in the meantime had divorced Cameron Faulkner and started seeing, Dr. Rick Webber. Eventually Laura came to live with Lesley. Lesley and Rick Webber married, and Rick adopted Laura. Lesley and Rick took in not only Amy Vining, after Amy's father died, but Blackie Parrish and a young orphan, named Mike. They were both doctors at General Hospital and had a happy marriage, until Lesley found out Rick was having an affair with Monica Quartermaine. Lesley and Rick divorced, but eventually remarried. Lesley was presumed dead in a car accident, but last year, was discovered to be alive.
Dr. Rick Webber
Rick Webber is the son of Lars and Helene Webber, the brother of Terri Webber Arnett, and the half-brother of Dr. Jeff Webber. He was romantically involved with Jeff's wife Monica and after Monica and Jeff divorced he continued his affair with her. He married Dr. Lesley Faulkner and adopted her daughter Laura. While still married to Lesley he had an affair with Monica, who was married to Dr. Alan Quartermaine. Rick was involved in a question of paternity over her son Alan, Jr. At first Rick thought he was the biological father, but extensive blood tests proved otherwise. He and Lesley eventually got back together and remarried. They took in not only Amy Vining, Laura's sister, in their home, but also Blakie Parrish and adopted an orphan named Mike. Soon they found out that Mike's biological mother, Ginny Blake, wanted Mike back. Lesley was believed to be killed in a car accident, and Rick soon fell in love with Ginny. Mike found out that his biological father was Derek Barrington, and he moved with him. Rick and Ginny had a son of their own, Rick, Jr. and moved out of Port Charles.
Sarah Webber
Sarah is the daughter of Jeff Webber and his wife. Her half-brother is Steven Lars, and her sister is Elizabeth. Sarah came to Port Charles from Colorado to help nurse her step-grandmother after she was injured. She became friends with Lucky Spencer, but soon became attracted to Nikolas Cassadine. Sarah volunteers at General Hospital.

Steven Lars Webber
Steven Lars is the son of Jeff Webber and Heather Grant. As an infant he was sold by his Mother, and adopted by Peter and Diana Taylor. Heather had told Jeff that he had died. Jeff eventually found out the truth, and after the Taylors had died, Jeff took Steven Lars and moved to Nevada and got remarried. Steven Lars is the half-brother of Elizabeth and Sarah. He is also 2nd cousins to Jason Morgan, because Jason's biological Mother, Susan Moore, was cousins to Heather Grant.

Dr. Karen Wexler
Karen was raised in a single family household by her alcoholic mother, Rhonda. As a child she was sexually abused by her mother's boyfriend, Ray Conway, but suppressed those memories until she was an adult. In high school she started dating Jason Quartermaine, but soon became attracted to Jagger Cates. She became friends with Robin Scorpio. While on a boat trip with Jason and Jagger, they got caught in a storm and were marooned on a deserted island. Unknown to them, Cal Jamison, an escaped prisoner and his brother were on the island. While fighting off Cal, who was attacking Karen, Jason and Jagger came to her rescue, but they thought they had killed him. After being rescued they were being blackmailed by Cal's brother. Eventually the truth came out that Cal was alive. Karen and Jagger became more attracted to each other, and eventually she broke up with Jason and started dating Jagger. While in high school the memories of her abuse by Ray started coming back. Because of this she started to take drugs and hang around Sonny Corinthos and the Paradise Lounge. Sonny convinced her to start stripping and she used the name "Carrie". She got to know Stone Cates, but didn't know he was Jagger's brother. Karen also started to have a relationship with Sonny. To support her drug habit, she even stole from the hospital. Brenda followed her one day and found out how she was leading a double life, soon everything she had done was out in the open, including her memories of her abuse as a child. She received treatment and help and recovered. After high school she and Jagger married. On her wedding day she found out that Scott Baldwin was her father. She and Jagger moved to Chicago and then to San Francisco. After finishing college and Med School, Karen came back to Port Charles to accept an internship at General Hospital. Jagger stayed back in San Francisco, and eventually she and Jagger divorced. Karen is currently dating Joe Scanlon and has been reunited with her father, Scott Baldwin, half-sister, Serena, and her grandparents, Lee and Gail Baldwin.
Gina Williams
Gina is the sister of Jagger and Stone Cates. As a child, their Mother abandoned them, and Jagger was left to take care of his younger sister and brother. Eventually it was too much for Jagger and they were placed in foster care. Gina went to live with the Williams family and they eventually adopted her. Her brother Stone came to live with them, but he caused nothing but trouble and took off. Jagger tracked down Gina and it was an adjustment at first getting to know her brother again. They eventually tracked down Stone. When Stone developed AIDS, he came to see Gina. Gina didn't want anything to do with him and had her own life. After Stone died, Gina met Sonny. She felt guilty about the way she had treated Stone. Sonny became friends with her and even got her a job at Luke's. She also worked for Kelly's Diner.
