The Black Cauldron is set to be released on video on August 4th.Many sites have had this information posted for quite some time.My reason for not posting it was that it the date was not officially announced and over the course of running this site I have seen more false rumors than can be believed and Several calls to Buena Vista Home Video left me under the Impression it will be released AFTER Lady and the Tramp which was scheduled for September 15th.

It's official I called Buena Vista on 4,9,97 and they said that a Late Summer Early Fall Release is planned with NO exact date.There are Rumors on many pages for August 4th but that date was not specified. --Dan Bailey ....................................................................................................
Over the Past few days I have recieved an astounding 13 E-mails stating that The Black Cauldron will be released on Video in August.It has not yet been officially confirmed so it is nothing more than a rumor.This is however the by far the single biggest responce to a The Black Cauldron Rerelease I have ever had. Thanks to all who wrote me when and if and when it is officially announced I will update this page. --Dan Bailey
