My Personal Comments

- why he signed twice: in my letter, I told him, that as a little boy I always loved Morris Buttermaker on the TV series "The Bad News Bears" (1979 - 1980) because he always was so good to the kids in that team. I also told him, that I, as a little boy I didnīt even know that he and the kids just were actors. I wrote him, that when I grew up, every time, I saw him in a movie or on TV his face reminded me of the days when I was a little boy, because I loved him and this TV series so much. So itīs a very nice gesture of him to sign on one side for the little boy I once was (and deep inside in some way still am, and hopefully will ever be), and on the other side for the grown up, I now am, and who admires him as an actor for all the other great performances heīs done. That makes it one of my top favourite autographs !!

- some of my favourite movies with him include "12 Angry Men" (1957), "The Thin Red Line" (1964), "Heaven Can Wait" (1978), "Things To Do In Denver When Youīre Dead" (1995) and "While You Were Sleeping" (1995)
