- the "first" wedding with Travolta in Paris, on 05. September 1991, by a french Scientology Minister was declared illegal
- has two kids with Travolta: a son, Jett (*13. April 1992), and a daughter, Ella Bleu (*03. April 2000)
- was formerly married to actor Kevin Gage (1985 - 1987, divorced)
- her mother Carol was divorced from Kelly's father shortly after she was born
- Kelly was adopted by the second husband of her mother, Peter Palzis
- she has a younger half-brother, Christopher Palzis
