This quilt is called 'Airshow'. I made it for a friend who is graduating with a Masters in business. He's a pilot but doesn't, to my knowledge, fly biplanes. This is my own design using a traditional pattern, 'airplane', in the background. (machine pieced; hand quilted) |

And this one I made for my friend Anna. I call it 'Butterflies are free' and so is this quilt. This was made using Margaret Miller's Easy Pieces technique and it was truly easy. (machine pieced; machine quilted) |
