Hi, my name is Cathie and I am researching my family tree. What got me interested in genealogy is a strange but true story. My brother was on the U.S.S. Independance several years back and was called to the bridge; well my brother went. Lo and behold mates, there was another "DRYER" on the bridge also. This "DRYER" looked exactly like our grandfather did at that age. My brother found out this mates' name was Frederick DRYER, but now we know nothing else about him. So begins my search for Frederick DRYER and the history of the DRYER CLAN....
