On February 17,1997 - the 100^th
Anniversary of the National PTA- the Officers of the Discovery PTA adopted this promise to the children and families that we serve:

We promise to place the highest value upon serving and supporting the whole child, through our commitment to his/her developmental, educational, emotional, social, physical and general well being.

We commit to doing so by providing family support, faculty support, educational advocacy, and by fulfilling the mission of the state and National PTA.

We commit to each individual child that we will utilize all available resources, and will perform to the best of our abilities, to ensure that early childhood education experiences in the North Hanover Township Public School District provide the support and opportunities that will sustain a strong foundation on which they may build a good education, a love of learning, respect for humanity, successful life skills, and a bright future.
