1. Charles Minor¹ Tutt was born Spotsylvania County, Virginia June 15, 1779. Charles died May 4, 1825.

He married Joanna Royston abt. 1796. Joanna was born Caroline County, Virginia Aug. 17, 1778. Joanna⁽³²⁹⁾ was the daughter of Robert Royston and Rhoda Elliott. Joanna died 1814 Culpper County, Virginia, at 35 years of age. Joanna became the mother of Anne Minor Tutt Virginia, abt. 1805. Joanna became the mother of Robert James Tutt Culpper County, Virginia, abt. 1808. Joanna became the mother of Charles Minor Tutt Jr. Culpper County, Virginia, abt. 1810. At 31 years of age Joanna became the mother of Francis Royston Tutt Culpper County, Virginia, July 25, 1810. Joanna became the mother of Elliot Tutt Culpper County, Virginia, abt. 1812. At 35 years of age Joanna became the mother of Thomas Royston Tutt Culpper County, Virginia, 1814.

Charles became the father of Anne Minor Tutt Virginia, abt. 1805. Charles became the father of Robert James Tutt Culpper County, Virginia, abt. 1808. Charles became the father of Charles Minor Tutt Jr. Culpper County, Virginia, abt. 1810. At 31 years of age Charles became the father of Francis Royston Tutt Culpper County, Virginia, July 25, 1810. Charles became the father of Elliot Tutt Culpper County, Virginia, abt. 1812. At 35 years of age Charles became the father of Thomas Royston Tutt Culpper County, Virginia, 1814.

7 vi. Thomas Royston Tutt was born Culpper County, Virginia 1814.
