1. Thomas C.¹ Weir was born Oct. 7, 1829. Thomas died July 18, 1864 at 34 years of age.

He married Mary Colvin Feb. 4, 1853. Mary was born Jan. 21, 1837. Mary was the daughter of William Hardwick Colvin and Rhoda Wright. Mary died 1910 at 73 years of age. At 17 years of age Mary became the mother of Rhody I. V. Weir Jan. 6, 1855.

At 25 years of age Thomas became the father of Rhody I. V. Weir Jan. 6, 1855.

Thomas C. Weir and Mary Colvin had the following child:

2 i. Rhody I. V.² Weir was born Jan. 6, 1855. Rhody died May 1916. She married John W. Stevenson Aug. 22, 1878. John was born Aug. 25, 1856. John died Feb. 1923.
