1. Dick Eugene¹ Seward was born Lewistown, Illinois Aug. 21, 1942.

He married Jeane Lavon DeMott Lewistown, Illinois, Jan. 7, 1961. Jeane was born Lewistown, Illinois Nov. 28, 1944. Jeane is the daughter of Charles Lenard DeMott and Jessie Helen McCullough. At 16 years of age Jeane became the mother of Monica Diane Seward Canton, Illinois, June 29, 1961. At 18 years of age Jeane became the mother of Bart Wayne Seward Canton, Illinois, March 15, 1963. At 20 years of age Jeane became the mother of Robert Eugene Seward Canton, Illinois, Feb. 25, 1965. At 24 years of age Jeane became the mother of Chad Lee Seward Sept. 21, 1969.

At 18 years of age Dick became the father of Monica Diane Seward Canton, Illinois, June 29, 1961. At 20 years of age Dick became the father of Bart Wayne Seward Canton, Illinois, March 15, 1963. At 22 years of age Dick became the father of Robert Eugene Seward Canton, Illinois, Feb. 25, 1965. At 27 years of age Dick became the father of Chad Lee Seward Sept. 21, 1969.

Dick Eugene Seward and Jeane Lavon DeMott had the following children:

2 i. Monica Diane² Seward was born Canton, Illinois June 29, 1961. She married Steven Roy Smith Dec. 6, 1980. Steven was born Lewistown, Illinois Aug. 19, 1955. At 26 years of age Steven became the father of Kevin Joseph Smith April 11, 1982. At 28 years of age Steven became the father of Kyle Richard Smith Nov. 4, 1983. At 20 years of age Monica became the mother of Kevin Joseph Smith April 11, 1982. At 22 years of age Monica became the mother of Kyle Richard Smith Nov. 4, 1983.

+ 3 ii. Bart Wayne Seward was born March 15, 1963.

4 iii. Robert Eugene Seward was born Canton, Illinois Feb. 25, 1965.

5 iv. Chad Lee Seward was born Sept. 21, 1969. He married Beth Ann Jones April 3, 1992. Beth was born May 31, 1974.
