1. Franklin¹ Snider was born Phillips County, Kansas May 2, 1864. Franklin died Jan. 26, 1947 Logan, Phillips County, Kansas, at 82 years of age. His body was interred aft. Jan. 26, 1947 Phillips County, Kansas, Pleasant View Cemetery.

He married Lillie Belle Newkirk Logan, Phillips County, Kansas, July 18, 1915. Lillie was born Warren County, Illinois June 16, 1875. Lillie was the daughter of John Elliott Newkirk and Temperance Elizabeth Marr. Lillie died Feb. 23, 1958 Phillips County, Kansas, at 82 years of age. Her body was interred aft. Feb. 23, 1958 Logan, Phillips County, Kansas, Pleasant View Cemetery. At 28 years of age Lillie became the mother of Alta Mae Lindsey Missouri, Oct. 6, 1903. At 43 years of age Lillie became the mother of Francis E. Snider Logan, Phillips County, Kansas, March 19, 1919.

At 54 years of age Franklin became the father of Francis E. Snider Logan, Phillips County, Kansas, March 19, 1919.

Franklin Snider and Lillie Belle Newkirk had the following child:

2 i. Francis E.² Snider was born Logan, Phillips County, Kansas March 19, 1919. Francis died Dec. 2, 1968 Logan, Phillips County, Kansas, at 49 years of age. His body was interred aft. Dec. 2, 1968 Logan, Phillips County, Cemetery, Pleasant View Cemetery.
