At 18 years of age Mildred became the mother of Sonja Sarvis Topeka, Kansas, May 9, 1928. Mildred was divorced from Albert Sarvis 1930.

Theodore died March 19, 1994 Wilmington, North Carolina, at 64 years of age. At 23 years of age Theodore became the father of Raymond Edward McQuin Manhattan, Kansas, Sept. 14, 1952. At 24 years of age Theodore became the father of Theodore M. McQuin Jr. Ft. Worth, Texas, Jan. 23, 1954. At 28 years of age Theodore became the father of Brian Keith McQuin Cincinnati, Ohio, Feb. 10, 1958. At 31 years of age Theodore became the father of Lori Sue McQuin Cincinnati, Ohio, May 7, 1960. (See Theodore M. McQuin for the continuation of this line.) She married James E. Gutzwiller Feb. 17, 1996. James was born April 24, 1920.
