He married Wilhelmina Eininger abt. 1875. Wilhelmina was born Dec. 14, 1855. Wilhelmina was the daughter of Ludwig Eininger and Margarete Unknown. Wilhelmina died Sept. 6, 1898 at 42 years of age. Her body was interred aft. Sept. 6, 1898 Hebron, North Dakota, St. John UCC Cemetery. At 33 years of age Wilhelmina became the mother of Wilbert Salzer Oct. 24, 1889. At 35 years of age Wilhelmina became the mother of Gotthold Salzer Hebron, North Dakota, Oct. 30, 1891. At 37 years of age Wilhelmina became the mother of Emil Salzer Hebron, North Dakota, Aug. 17, 1893. At 41 years of age Wilhelmina became the mother of William F. Salzer Feb. 7, 1897. At 42 years of age Wilhelmina became the mother of Mina Salzer Jan. 1898.

At 32 years of age Christian became the father of Wilbert Salzer Oct. 24, 1889. At 34 years of age Christian became the father of Gotthold Salzer Hebron, North Dakota, Oct. 30, 1891. At 36 years of age Christian became the father of Emil Salzer Hebron, North Dakota, Aug. 17, 1893. At 39 years of age Christian became the father of William F. Salzer Feb. 7, 1897. At 40 years of age Christian became the father of Mina Salzer Jan. 1898.

Christian Salzer and Wilhelmina Eininger had the following children:

3 ii. Gotthold Salzer was born Hebron, North Dakota Oct. 30, 1891. Gotthold died Jan. 31, 1914 Hebron, North Dakota, at 22 years of age. His body was interred aft. Jan. 31, 1914 Hebron, North Dakota, St. John UCC Cemetery.

4 iii. Emil Salzer was born Hebron, North Dakota Aug. 17, 1893. Emil died Feb. 5, 1920 at 26 years of age. His body was interred aft. Feb. 5, 1920 Hebron, North Dakota, St. John UCC Cemetery.

5 iv. William F. Salzer was born Feb. 7, 1897. William died March 7, 1962 at 65 years of age. His body was interred aft. March 7, 1962 Hebron, North Dakota, St. John UCC Cemetery.

6 v. Mina Salzer was born Jan. 1898. Mina died abt. Sept. 22, 1978 at approximately 80 years of age. She married Unknown Birrell abt. 1917.
