He married Keziah Harker 1722. Keziah was born Island of Jersey, England 1695. Keziah died bef. 1782 Amwell, Huntingdon County, New Jersey. At 39 years of age Keziah became the mother of Col. Jacob Stroud Amwell, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, Jan. 15, 1735.

At 39 years of age Barnett became the father of Col. Jacob Stroud Amwell, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, Jan. 15, 1735.

Barnett Stroud and Keziah Harker had the following child:
