William Thompson and Elizabeth Unknown had the following children:

2 i. Nancy Anne² Thompson⁽³¹⁸⁾ was born Pittsylavania County, Virginia abt. 1785. She married John Tyler Morrison Pittsylavania County, Virginia, April 26, 1810. John was born Pittsylvania County, Virginia Oct. 25, 1785. John was the son of William James Morrison and Rachel Witcher. John died Nov. 21, 1867 Cabell County, West Virginia, at 82 years of age. At 26 years of age John became the father of Thompson Morrison Virginia, May 25, 1812. (See John Tyler Morrison for the continuation of this line.)

At 26 years of age Nancy became the mother of Thompson Morrison Virginia, May 25, 1812.

3 ii. Elizabeth Thompson was born Virginia 1790. Elizabeth died 1830. She married John Tyler Morrison abt. 1808. John was born Pittsylvania County, Virginia Oct. 25, 1785. John was the son of William James Morrison and Rachel Witcher. John died Nov. 21, 1867 Cabell County, West Virginia, at 82 years of age.
