1. Howard Ferrin¹ McCoy was born Roswell, Chaves County, New Mexico June 6, 1921. Howard died April 3, 1991 Carlsbad, Eddy County, New Mexico, at 69 years of age. His body was interred aft. April 3, 1991 Carlsbad, Eddy County, New Mexico, Carlsbad Cemetery.

He married Patsey Ann Ramsey Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Oklahoma, Dec. 18, 1945. Patsey was born Madill, Marshall County, Oklahoma Nov. 27, 1921. Patsey was the daughter of Floyd Archer Ramsey and Margaret Louise Jones. At 27 years of age Patsey became the mother of Marcia Lynn McCoy Carlsbad, Eddy County, New Mexico, April 1, 1949.

At 27 years of age Howard became the father of Marcia Lynn McCoy Carlsbad, Eddy County, New Mexico, April 1, 1949.

Howard Ferrin McCoy and Patsey Ann Ramsey had the following child:

2 i. Marcia Lynn² McCoy was born Carlsbad, Eddy County, New Mexico April 1, 1949. She married Stephen Michael Briggs Carlsbad, Eddy County, New Mexico, March 21, 1971. Stephen was born Carlsbad, Eddy County, New Mexico June 21, 1949.
