He married Lela M. Crosby abt. 1926. Lela was born Union County, Iowa March 8, 1890. Lela was the daughter of Herbert L. Crosby and Cora Alice Newkirk. Lela died Oct. 6, 1992 Des Moines, Iowa, at 102 years of age. Her body was interred aft. Oct. 6, 1992 Des Moines, Iowa, Woodland Cemetery.
